We’re gathering at the Sacred River Retreat for an outdoor sound bath designed to drop you out of your busy mind and into a deeper sense of quiet. All equiptment provided!

What to expect: 
✨ Settle in: Lie down on a memory foam mat under the cedar pergola, wrap yourself in a blanket, and listen to the natural music of the cleansed waterfall and gentle river. 
✨ The Sound Bath: Close your eyes and let the vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, drums, and gongs wash over you. Most people drift into that floating, half-asleep state where the body finally lets go. (And yes, falling asleep is fully allowed). 
✨ Coming back: Wake up gently to a warm drink by the fire. No pressure to chat just sit quietly and let it sink in.

Who is this for?  Anyone running on empty who needs to put the world down for an evening. 
People who struggle to switch off, sleep, or think straight.  Sceptics. 
You don’t need to be "spiritual" or have any experience. 
This isn't a belief test; it's a sensory experience.
