🎄Join me for an evening of kids Christmas themed yoga and mindful crafts!

🎄Yoga helps children manage their anxiety, increase body awareness, enhance concentration and focus, develop strength and flexibility as well as promote quality sleep.

🎄Parents/carers, you can enjoy some extra time for shopping and wrapping or a few hours to yourself in the craze before Christmas as you can drop your kids off with no need to attend.
