Lunch & Learn: Clean Eating Class

Join us for a fun and flavorful Lunch & Learn where you’ll discover how easy clean eating can be — no long hours in the kitchen required! Clean eating is all about enjoying real, wholesome foods while minimizing processed ingredients. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make three delicious flavors of hummus and two savory gluten-free cracker varieties — all simple, nutritious, and full of flavor.

We’ll sample our creations alongside a colorful assortment of fresh veggies, and as we enjoy lunch together, we’ll chat about:
• Why the oils you choose matter for your health.
• Simple ways to make clean eating practical (and tasty!) every day.
• Easy tips to kickstart your clean eating journey.
