Weather Policy:
Classes will be canceled if weather is stormy or temperatures exceed 85°F. 

Meet Your Instructor:

Jane Govoni has been teaching movement classes since 2003 and is a board-certified hypnotist with over 48 years of experience in stress management. She previously provided medical hypnosis services through the Lake Delton Integrative Clinic and operated Sky Blue Dreams at the Community Action Building.
