CHEESEBOARD & SERVING DISH FUSED GLASS WORKSHOP
Saturday 25 April 9.45 am – 4.00 pm
£130 including refreshments, materials, use of equipment on the day, tutoring, firing in the kiln & certificate of completion.
This full-day group workshop with our guest tutor, June Massey, is suitable for all skill levels.
We will learn how raw glass is made and about the fused glass processes.
June will teach you how to cut glass and use different types of glass to make your design. It is exciting to produce a piece that gradually grows from a variety of small pieces of glass!
We will make a 25 x 20 cm cheeseboard and a 31 x 13 cm serving dish. The choice of design is yours; the dish and cheeseboard can complement each other or be completely different.
June will bring examples of her work & photographs of other students' work to inspire you.
All materials are provided.
Please wear shoes with closed toes.
This CHEESEBOARD & SERVING DISH FUSED GLASS WORKSHOP will be held in the peaceful setting of our Blended Monkey studios on the Cambridgeshire/Norfolk border.
Numbers are limited to ensure you get plenty of 1-2-1 tuition.
This relaxing workshop is suitable for 16+.
About a week before your workshop date, we'll e-mail you again with more details about parking etc.
Refreshments will be provided throughout the session - tailored to meet all dietary requirements & lunch is also provided.
All students will be provided with a certificate of completion.

June will deliver the finished pieces to us here in the Blended Monkey studios are we'll be in touch to let you know they are ready for collection.
