We provide a safe and welcoming environment for people living with Dementia in the community.

The session is for 5 hours (10am-3pm) and includes a light lunch, snacks, drinks and all activities including entertainment.

Sessions are personally created with each attendee in mind and are designed to improve all aspects of wellbeing through mentally & physically stimulating activities. Music and sensory activities play a huge part in our sessions and the friendly environment allows for social interaction with others. From the minute that our attendees arrive at our day centre, we are in their world and they are encouraged to express themselves freely as they are surrounded by a team that truly understands Dementia.

Carers are welcome to join us, but are not required to stay as this service is designed to provide 5 hours of respite.

Our venue - Lyncroft Care Home
Lyncroft Care Home provides the highest standards of family-led residential and dementia care. Their home is luxurious and beautifully furnished, whilst retaining a warm family atmosphere that makes Lyncroft Care Home feel extra special.
