Campers must turn 9 by September 30th, 2026, and can not have turned 15 before September 30th, 2026.Registration Steps (ALL MUST BE COMPLETED TO SECURE YOUR CAMPER'S SPOT):1) Fill out the online registration form by selecting "Get Tickets".Please note, only 3 girl campers and 3 boy campers can be registered in one session. If you need to register more than that, we recommend having a second adult working on registration as well.2) Bring a deposit of $150/camper (non-refundable) to the Augusta County Extension Office (13 Government Center Lane, Verona, VA 24482). Our office is open Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. If you need an alternative time to drop your payment off, please reach out to Emmalee Edwards - eaedwards@vt.edu. The remainder of the camp fee must be paid by May 29th, 2026. You are also welcome to pay the full amount after registering. We can accept cash or checks made out to VCE-Augusta. The deposit must be paid within 5 business days of submitting registration. If you would like a scholarship form, please reach out to Emmalee Edwards directly at eaedwards@vt.edu.3) We will follow up with further directions by email, during normal business hours.
