This adventure just got even more delicious Manu Feildel and Colin Fassnidge joining us… yes, the renowned chefs and culinary talent from the new TV series Off the Grid with Colin and Manu They’ll be stepping off-grid with us, exploring Fiordland’s raw beauty and sharing their culinary craft in an intimate, immersive way.
From gathering and processing fresh seafood to enjoying unforgettable meals prepared (and co-prepared!) by these legends, this is a rare opportunity to connect, learn, and indulge.
Gather a variety of fresh seafood, learn how to treat it respectfully, process it wholly, cook it deliciously and indulge in it fully.. get as involved as you want to be.
Of course there is still time to .. Kayak, SCUBA dive, fish, hunt, paddle board, free dive, go on shore excursions, enjoy the wildlife, get lost behind your camera or relax in our hot tub on the top deck.
Fully catered (excluding alcohol) and including two helicopter flights—simply make your way to Te Anau (just 2 hours south of Queenstown), and we’ll handle the rest.
