Bluebird Grain Farms and Laura at Chiliwist & Raw are partnering to bring you another Sourdough For Beginners Hands On Class located at the Bluebird Grain Farms facility in Twisp, Wa. Laura will teach you all you need to know to bake an artisan sourdough boule from start to finish. You will gain the knowledge on how to maintain a sourdough starter and take home your very own starter along with a personal notebook, a recipe card, your dough that you mix yourself as well as a ready to bake mini sourdough boule that you shaped yourself! Come have a fun and educational evening with us while we sip refreshments, munch on bread and learn a useful (and fun!) skill that your health and tastebuds will benefit from.
