Sound Bath in Nature

Have you ever tried meditating but found it difficult to focus on letting your mind go blank? Then this session is for you! Learn how to de-stress and calm the senses with the soothing sounds of nature…all you need is a yoga mat or towel. Pre-registration required by October 30; space is limited.

Program is led by Sara Schwartz, LSW, Founder and Sound Healing Practitioner, Undercurrent Sound Healing

$5/per person. Participants must be 12+
