We will make an Asian-Inspired Scallop Ceviche, Shrimp Ceviche with Mango, and Fish Ceviche Tacos. Each participant will make their own bowls of ceviche, so they can be customized to your taste. If you like spicy, add some chiles. Don't like fruit in your ceviche, skip the mango.
