Yes, And! Academy is a weekly Improv and Communications educational enrichment program for students in all grades that develops communication, creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, and public speaking skills through structured improvisational theatre activities.

Students participate in theatre games, improvisation exercises, storytelling, character development, and collaborative performance activities designed to strengthen confidence while improving listening, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Each class encourages students to think creatively, respond spontaneously, communicate effectively, and support one another in a positive, encouraging environment. Lessons are adapted for a variety of experience levels, making the program appropriate for both new and experienced performers.

Instruction is provided by an experienced theatre educator, Steven Wade Hair, through Breakthrough Theatre Company, where students have developed confidence and communication skills for seventeen years.

We are working to get these classes approved for Step Up for Students scholarships.
