Olive Oil Sommelier Sarah Santa, founder of June Crush, and Chef and Health Coach Carly Paige, founder of FitLiving Eats Winter Park, are teaming up to introduce you to the fascinating world of olive oil! From sourcing and production to its many health benefits, you'll get to experience the diverse flavor profiles of regional, small batch olive oils.



During the class, you’ll participate in a guided olive oil tasting while learning how to identify quality oils and understand their unique characteristics. You’ll also get hands-on in the kitchen, experimenting with infused olive oils while preparing our dessert course (olive oil cakes!) and learning how to build a nutritious, energizing power bowl using seasonal ingredients.



At the end of the class, we’ll sit down together to enjoy dinner and dessert while continuing the conversation around olive oil and how to incorporate it into everyday cooking.



*This class features a gluten-free friendly and plant-based menu. Your ticket includes a premium olive oil bottle to take home, along with recipes to recreate and share with family and friends.



Meet Your Instructors:



Olive Oil Sommelier & Culinary Nutrition Consultant, Sarah Santa is a certified olive oil sommelier, nutritionist, and passionate advocate for vibrant, real-food living. With more than eight years of experience in culinary education, she helps people discover how simple ingredients (especially high-quality olive oil) can transform both flavor and health.



Through her company June Crush, Sarah leads immersive tasting experiences and culinary education centered around one of the Mediterranean’s most celebrated ingredients. She specializes in teaching people how to taste olive oil like a sommelier, understand where it comes from, and confidently choose oils that elevate everyday cooking.



Chef & Culinary Nutrition Expert - Carly Paige is a chef, cookbook author, and speaker dedicated to helping people rethink healthy eating through simple, flavorful swaps in the kitchen. Her holistic approach to plant-based cooking focuses on making nourishing meals approachable, satisfying, and delicious.



She is the founder of FitLiving Eats Winter Park, a private chef company offering customized meal prep services, cooking classes, and boutique catering. Carly has partnered with organizations including NASA, Southwest Airlines, and The Four Seasons to educate teams on practical, sustainable wellness habits. She is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Nutritious Life, and Plantlab Culinary.
