Florida Strong Invite

The Florida Strong Invitational, formerly Lightning City Invite, is one of the first competitions for optional gymnasts, Level 7-10 and Xcel. This competition serves as a qualifier for the USA Gymnastics State Championships. A donation after the meet will be made to the Florida Stong Disaster Fund, which will help gyms that suffer natural disaster. The Florida Strong fund was established after devastating hurricanes affected many states in Region 8.
