Seasonal Soups (Winter Garden)

Nothing beats a cozy bowl of homemade soup, especially when it’s made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Come hang out with fellow soup lovers in person to taste, share recipes, and enjoy some warm vibes. Whether you’re a soup pro or just looking for comfort food inspiration, this event is for you. Bring your appetite and let's get cozy!

In this class, Chef Maria will lead you in creating three seasonal soups for all occasions. We will make a hearty pumpkin chili, a silky mushroom bisque with crouton garnish, and an Italian wedding soup.

Guests will be tasting all dishes and will take home recipes so they can be recreated at home.

Included in the class:

• Charcuterie board to share, made with ingredients from The Ancient Olive
• Soup samples
• Demonstration-style instruction with option to be more hands-on
• Printed recipes to take home
