Guided by the steady heartbeat of the drum, we enter a shared field of listening — to the land, to the ancestors, and to the quiet intelligence within the body.

This is not a show or a workshop — it is a ceremony of presence.

• Forest bathing to attune the senses and quiet the mind
• Ceremonial drumming with Native American songs to guide inner journeying
• Live flute as a heart-opening prayer and closing gratitude song, carried on breath and sound
• Gentle Reiki Heart Opener — an energy application offered with intention and gratitude
