Meditative Hike: Half Mile Forest Bathing Excursion & Meditation Session. Bring water. 45-minute session, $10. Starts at 9am  on the porch of the Environmental Education Center. 

Yoga at the Lake: Gentle YOGA practice suitable for all levels at the end of the Healthy West Orange Boardwalk. Please allow an extra few minutes to allow yourself time to walk the 2/3 of a mile to the lake for class. Be sure to bring a mat and water. 60-minute session, $15. Starts at 10am. 

Nature Nurtures: Two-hour Mindfulness Experience including the Half Mile Forest Bathing Excursion & Meditation Session Followed by Gentle Yoga at the Lake. Please register for both the Meditative Hike and Yoga to participate in this 2-hour experience.
