Beam Queen is the first and ONLY Beam Bootcamp in the world offering a two-day experience focused on (you guessed it) beam! Each event is led by a powerhouse staff including Olympians, NCAA Champions, a mental performance coach, judge, choreographer, and other gymnastics experts.
Because Beam Queen focuses solely on beam, gymnasts get to experience rotations they don’t normally have in regular practice, like confidence training, a session with a judge, and hearing real stories from our staff about how they overcame their biggest challenges on the event.
Beam Queen believes confidence is one of the most important ingredients for success on beam and in life, which is why they teach a unique confidence curriculum at their events. But that's not all...
