Join SKNH: Songs from the Void at Delurk Gallery on Sunday, October 19th for a 90-minute Breathwork and Sound Immersion.

SKNH will take you through breathwork practices to enliven your body and then lead you into an immersive sound immersion that includes rattles, gongs, drums, and otherworldly sounds to start your Sunday morning with a vibe!

Our “ego death version” will shake very old, tenaciously lodged programs out of your cellular memory. A more intense use of sounds and vocals will coax imbalances out of your body. So expect a louder immersive experience , possibly with eerie sounds, potentially dragon roars and primal howling. Vocal participation is highly encouraged.

Please bring a yoga mat + eye mask
