QiGong FREE Demo Class

Take a break from the holiday madness and join Robin in the playground building for an uplifting practice leaving you feeling your inner peace & serenity.

Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice. Its focus is to cultivate your qi (pronounced chi, meaning life force energy) and flow it throughout the body.

This class is FREE and will be offered as a 6 week series in January. Come try it out! See if it is for you.

ALL LEVELS 18+ are welcome, we have chairs if needed. Just bring a yoga mat!
