🌙 Yoga Nidra: A Journey Into Deep Rest

Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and soulful restoration through Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep.”

This guided meditation practice invites your body to fully relax while your mind drifts into a state of peaceful awareness—helping to reduce stress, improve sleep, and restore emotional balance.

Whether you’re new to meditation or simply in need of stillness, this class offers a gentle reset for your nervous system and spirit as we head into the holiday season.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything that makes you feel cozy (eye mask, socks, pillow). We’ll create a nurturing, candlelit atmosphere for you to fully let go and receive deep rest.
