Originally from the high desert of Santa Fe but now residing in funk-capital Minneapolis, Ken Valdez is a soulful singer/songwriter who has fused the unique styles of Rio Grande blues/Latin rock with our beloved Minneapolis funk.
Valdez describes himself as a “Mestizo,” and uses his raspy voice and versatile sound to reflect his mixed heritage and musical influences.
