 Pain, grief, anger, loss, shame, guilt. Surrender these captive emotions and set them free. 

This is your opportunity to speak the thing you never wanted to speak of by writing it down and then we will burn them all. For those of you who can't attend, I would like to have a lock box or something else for you to put your entries in(somewhere centrally located so it's accessible to all) but safe. 

And everyone else, can bring theirs the day of the event. We can take turns throwing our past into the flames and celebrate together. There will be free hugs that day and someone to speak with if you're in need of it.
