Steeped in Light is a guided, small-group experience that will support you in slowing down and reconnecting through your senses. Rooted in seasonal herbalism and nervous system care, this evening offers space to soften, ground and gently return to yourself. We'll begin with a warm herbal tea and a quiet arrival into the space. We'll use simple and accessbile practices to settle into our bodies and open our awareness from the inside out. From there you'll be guided through a hands-on tea blending experience, exploring a curated selection of seasonal herbs. You will be invited to come into relationship with the plants, learning their flavours, qualities and traditional uses as you create your own custom blend to take home. We'll close with a guided body-based integration practice, with space for reflection, journal prompts and time to simply rest.
