This lecture will teach the interesting history of fairy photography during the Victorian times and then will be followed by a hands-on workshop. During this workshop, participants will learn how to recreate the girls’ cardboard cut-outs using historical illustrations, stage their own evidence in nature, and explore the science of deception. Step into the shoes of the hoaxers in our hands-on workshop!

**Please bring your own camera for the workshop, we will supply the materials for the workshop but not the cameras to participants.**
