Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 8 Week Program

As a participant, you will learn mindfulness meditation, body movements, and explore ways to better cope with stress. You will engage in an experiential journey and participate in an all day of Mindfulness practices, receive recordings and a workbook.

8 Tuesdays, 12:30-3:00 from October 17 to December 5 , with a full day session on Sunday, November 19 from 9:00-3:30!

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR) will help you learn how to intentionally cope better with pain, illness and the stress within your life. This is an eight week program founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn and is offered across the world within corporations, in healthcare, education and as part of wellness programs.

Orientation for the program is free, and will be held Tuesday, October 10 from 12:30 - 1:30, so you can learn about the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program and explore whether it is right for you; experience the mindfulness methods and techniques that you will be learning during the program and meet the instructor.

Cost of program is $400 plus GST.
