Learning about, and Practicing, a Seated Meditation
Just taking the time to focus on your breath as it moves through your nose has a calming effect on your emotions. Pausing for a short while to meditate is a powerful way to relax, be in the present, connect with others, clarify your thinking and focus. You can do it for a very short period as you go about your day. Come and learn about mediation and practice it for a while. There is no charge for this event.
