Join us for an introductory course designed especially for beginners. In this course you will learn how to meditate and the Buddhist approach to training the mind. Meditation is a powerful and creative tool for changing our experience of our self, others and our world. Learn the art of meditation, and bring a sense of balance, peace and clarity into your life and your relationships.
he course will consist of two sessions with a 15 minute break in the middle for complementary refreshments. Each session will include guided meditation, a talk and a chance to ask questions. Everyone is welcome!

About the Teacher | Kelsang Rigden
Kelsang Rigden is an ordained teacher of Modern Buddhism. She was requested by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche to teach at Kadampa Meditation Center in Winnipeg. Ordained as a Buddhist nun in 2004, Kelsang Rigden has been teaching Buddhism and meditation in Canada, the US, and Barbados for over 16 years. We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to enjoy the precious dharma of Modern Buddhism with such an experienced practitioner.
