Half-Day Retreat: The Art of Letting Go — A Journey into Vairagya

Join us for a nourishing half-day retreat exploring the yogic philosophy of Vairagya — the practice of letting go with grace and awareness. In this intimate 4.5-hour gathering, we’ll gently peel back the layers that keep us attached, allowing space for clarity, peace, and deeper presence.
We’ll move through a grounding and intentional flow of:
Meditation to centre the mind
Pranayama to regulate the nervous system
Asana to soften the body and release stored tension
Philosophy & group discussion to reflect on Vairagya and how it shows up in our modern lives
Following our practice, we’ll share a lovingly prepared vegan and gluten-free lunch and continue the conversation in community, with space for self-reflection and journaling.
This retreat is intentionally kept small to allow for meaningful connection and individualized support.
Whether you’re navigating a personal transition or simply feeling called to release what no longer serves, this half day retreat in our home Yoga studio offers a gentle and supportive space to practice the art of surrender.
