With Guest Facilitator, Lisa Kusch, of Conspire Health in Saskatoon, Masters in Applied Breathing Sciences, Registered Psychotherapist and leading international expert in the field of breathing behaviours as both an educator and practitioner. 

Want to clear the air about breath practices? Know there is more to offer your clients, students and patients than the latest 'one size fit's all' breathing trend but have no  idea where to start? 

What if a learned breathing habit is at the root of your client's dysregulation, your student's behaviour challenges in the classroom, or your patient not recovering from their condition? 

This retreat-style training is for professionals who want to learn how to integrate functional breathing and an understanding of 'breathing as behaviour' into their practices, so your solid therapy tools have more chance to create the long lasting results you want them to have.  

Suitable for a wide range of helping professions such as, Psychotherapists, Counsellors & Teachers, School Counsellors, School and Athletic Psychologists, Physiotherapists, and Manual Therapists (i.e. RMT, OT, AT, Osteo), Athletic Coaches, Certified Yoga/Movement Instructors, Breathwork Facilitators

Located 15 min S. Winnipeg @ beautiful Light of the Prairies Retreat Center. Meals provided, optional overnight accommodations available.
