Chicken Option 1: Breast of Chicken Stuffed with Roasted Zucchini and Caramelized Onion, Breaded with Matzo Meal and Topped with Demi-Glace Sauce. Served with Roasted Baby and Sweet Potatoes and Grilled Vegetables.
