This International Women’s Day, we gather as women.
To move.
To breathe.
To feel.
To express.
To remember who we are — underneath the roles, the expectations, the doing.
For the first time, I’m hosting a women’s-only ecstatic dance. There is something profoundly different that happens when women are in a space just for us.
There is a deeper softness.
A deeper level of safety.
A deeper exhale.
And from that safety… comes power.
When women feel safe, witnessed, and expressed in their bodies - something activates.
Boundaries strengthen. Desire clarifies. Intuition sharpens. Joy becomes louder. The “good girl” conditioning softens and the wild, wise, embodied woman rises.
This is not just a dance. It is a somatic and embodiment practice intended to release old programming and embody more of your highest self.
Ecstatic dance is a moving meditation - no choreography, no performance, no right or wrong way to move. You let your body lead. You allow emotion, sensation, and energy to move through you.
It’s therapy, nervous system regulation, empowerment, and liberation… all on the dance floor.
✨ What to Expect:
This experience will be part workshop, part ecstatic dance.
We’ll begin with an opening circle to ground, connect, and set intentions.
We’ll move into a guided somatic workshop designed to awaken the body and activate your highest self — exploring breath, boundaries, truth, and embodied expression.
Then we’ll transition into a free-flow ecstatic dance journey where you get to integrate, express, and fully come alive in your body.
You can expect activations.
You can expect breakthroughs.
You can expect to meet parts of yourself that have been waiting for space.
General Flow:
• Arrive between 10:45–11:00am
• Opening Circle: 11:00–11:30am (starts promptly at 11)
• Somatic Workshop: 11:30–12:15pm
• Ecstatic Dance Journey: 12:30–1:30pm
• Closing Circle + Integration: 1:30–2:00pm
