The holiday season can stir up deep emotions especially when we’re grieving.
�The world moves quickly. Expectations grow. And so many hearts ache quietly through it all.
This gentle gathering is a chance to slow down, breathe, and explore:
�💙 Understanding why grief feels amplified this time of year
💙 Maintaining a relationship with our loved one in a new form
💙 How to carry love forward through new traditions �💙 How to create meaningful new traditions that honour your loss
We’ll finish with a simple, meaningful art activity:�✨ A Memory Snow Globe filled with soft confetti and a tiny crystal heart as a reminder that love stays, even as life changes.
