Description: 
      Bring anyone you care for: a partner, friend, parent, grandparent, chosen family member, or someone special to you. All identities, relationships, and expressions of love are welcome at this event. 
     This 2 hour class will cover pasta making from choosing ingredients for the best chances of pasta success, to using a pasta machine to make spaghetti and fettuccine. Drinks will be available for purchase from Silo distillery before, during, and after the class. You will leave the class with raw pasta to be cooked at home (perfect for Valentines dinner!).
     We will discuss selecting flours and other ingredients, make a dough (we will be kneading the pasta dough by hand for 10 minutes so bring your muscles!), demystifying the pasta sheeter and learning best practices for use. This will be a very hands-on class, come ready to get floury!
     The teacher: Stephanie Langlois, owns a local pasta making business called Ravioli Ravioli, specializing in... you guessed it... ravioli.
