With a release. A remembering. A decision. A quiet seed planted long before anything begins to bloom. As the natural world begins its descent, we are invited to honour our own cycles of death, rebirth and becoming. To notice what we continue to nourish with our thoughts, our words, our attention and our energy. To become conscious of what we are carrying. And to choose what deserves to cross the threshold with us. What are you ready to stop feeding? What stories, patterns, beliefs or versions of yourself have completed their season? What are you ready to lay down? What deserves your energy now? And perhaps most importantly… What are you ready to begin cultivating before you can see the evidence of its becoming? There is an invitation here to return to yourself. To find the place between mind and heart. Between holding on and letting go. Between what you know and what you are only beginning to sense. Because not everything we initiate is meant to bloom immediately. Some things begin beneath the surface. Some beginnings ask us to trust what we cannot yet see. Some seeds require darkness before they ever reach toward the light. The Inner Threshold is an invitation to meet yourself in that sacred space between endings and beginnings and consciously choose what you are ready to nurture into being. We do not need to force what comes next. We prepare the soil. We clear what has become overgrown. We listen for what is calling. And we plant. We honour what is ending. We choose what remains. We plant what comes next. This experience will include guided meditation, reflection, release practices, and an immersive sound bath designed to support emotional integration, nervous system softening, inner clarity, and reconnection to self.
