Sunday Soul Restore is a loving, heart‑centered ceremony guided by Lisa Morin of Lisa Morin Breathe and Elif Leung of Elified Inc., weaving together an opening ceremony with the medicine wheel, cleansing with sage, ceremonial cacao, Elemental Rhythm Breathwork, guided meditation, and a deeply restorative sound bath.

Held within the Virgo new‑moon window and just days before the Autumn Equinox, this gathering supports the natural shift from the bright outward energy of summer into the gentle, grounded rhythm of fall. It is a time to soften, to listen inward, and to lovingly release what no longer needs to accompany you into the season ahead.

Ceremonial Opening — Medicine Wheel & Sage Cleansing

We begin by opening the space with the medicine wheel ceremony, inviting harmony, presence, and a sense of being held. A gentle sage cleansing follows, offering a sweet release of stagnant energy and welcoming in clarity, softness, and a renewed connection to your own inner light.

 Ceremonial Cacao — Softening Into Presence

Lisa guides the group into the heart with ceremonial cacao, inviting warmth, tenderness, and emotional openness. This nourishing ritual helps the body settle, the mind quiet, and the spirit soften into deeper receptivity.

 Elemental Rhythm Breathwork — Clearing & Seasonal Reset

With immersive sound delivered through headphones, Lisa leads a slow, soothing Elemental Rhythm Breathwork journey. Each breath becomes an invitation to release tension, dissolve mental clutter, and return to the body’s natural state of ease.

This breathwork supports a seasonal reset, helping you gently let go of summer’s residue and create spaciousness for the grounded clarity and inner steadiness of autumn.

 Guided Meditation — Attuning to the Turning Season

Elif guides a soft, heart‑opening meditation designed to help you attune to the shifting season. This practice invites inner clarity, emotional grounding, and a deeper sense of being held as you move toward the balance of the Equinox.

 Restorative Sound Bath — Preparing for the Equinox

Elif then leads you into a restorative sound bath using crystal singing bowls and gentle supporting instruments. Waves of sound move through the body like a warm embrace, dissolving stress and inviting deep rest.

This sound journey is tuned to support Equinox balance, helping harmonize your inner and outer worlds as the light begins to shift.
