Pilates with Purpose: In Memory of Audrey Akins

Let's Go Crazy! Grab your purple workout gear and join us for a special Prince themed mat pilates class in memory of my incredible mother, Audrey Akins. Our 50 minute class will be lead by Core RX Pilates instructor Ryann Beal with complimentary matcha by Soluna Sip to follow! Mat rental, bottled water and a small token of appreciation is also included in your ticket. All proceeds will go back into the local community with funds going to the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation who took incredible care of my mom during her three year battle with Leukemia.

This event will be a wonderful opportunity donate to a great cause, connect with others and celebrate my mom's life through movement and matcha! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, all are welcome to attend. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class so we can get everyone checked in for an on time start.
