AQUA SOUND BATH
Come and join me for a soft launch of my serene sound bath while you float in water at the Vollmer Complex Indoor Pool!
Where I will be playing a variety of instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and more. As you float partially submerged in the water listening to the soothing sound bath!
Water has a grounding energy and is also a conduit at the same time which amplify the experience of receiving sound frequencies and healing!
This event is 1hr long and will start promptly at 5:45pm so please arrive 10-15min early to change, use the restroom, and get settled into the pool prior to starting.

What is provided for you:
-eye cover
-pool float
What you need to bring:
-the water is set at 84-85 degrees so please dress accordingly in proper pool attire as the venue has stated you cannot use a blanket or towel to cover you while floating
-you are allowed to dress with the following attire for extra warmth:
long sleeve clothing as long as it is dri-fit materials like nylon, spandex, neoprene, and polyester-as these fibers do not clog the filtration system.
-change of clothes, towels, and anything to you need after the sound bath is completed
-water for hydration before and after the event
