You are invited to join us for the Annual General Meeting of Habitat for Humanity Windsor-Essex. This is an opportunity to celebrate an incredible year of building teamwork community and family. We will be gathering in person and in addition to the business of the meeting we will recognize the contributions of volunteers outgoing Members of the Board of Directors and reflect on a year of success.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Habitat for Humanity Windsor-Essex is called for and will be held on the 31st day of May 2023 at 7:00 pm (Registration will open at 6:30 pm).

The following business will be conducted:

1. To receive the audited financial statements of the Corporation for the financial year ended December 31 2022;

2. To elect Directors of the Corporation;

3. To appoint the Auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year;

4. To consider and if amenable approve bylaw amendments;

5. To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
