Not everyone can attend the grand Prinzenball, but that doesn't mean you should miss out on the excitement! Our new Karneval Royalty is officially introduced to the public in a special tradition that kicks off with a visit to the Mayor’s Office, where they receive the key to the city—symbolising their rule over Windhoek for the next 10 days!

🎺🎉 Then, the real spectacle begins: the Street Procession! One of the most anticipated highlights of the season, this colourful parade brings together beautifully decorated floats, vibrant costumes, and an electric atmosphere as it winds its way through Independence Avenue. Crowds line the streets to cheer, dance, and celebrate—so gather your friends and colleagues and be part of the fun!
