Stop Motion Animation Class (5-Week)

--Learn the basics of stop-motion animation in this hands-on 5 week class with local filmmaker, and “Celebrity Deathmatch” animator Tim Smyth and Miss Kim as the assistant. Students will work in groups to come up with stories, and learn to make simple characters out of paper and clay, and bring them to life, frame by frame, with Stop Motion Animation.

-- No prior experience necessary.

-- Ages 9-14

--All materials, and equipment will be provided. While we will shoot the animation on computers, this is not computer animation, or CGI.

Fine print: You are required to enroll in this as a series and not class passes like our other classes. No sibling rates apply due to extra limited seating.
