This showcase is hosted by the Pulse Dance Company members and parents and it is their sole full team fundraiser of the season! Every family is involved, and all proceeds fund master classes, dance education enrichment opportunities, and misc. costs for the Pulse Company Members. Pulse Dance Company is a conservatory-type program that prepares students to become technically proficient dancers and artists. Established in 1992, “Pulse” is made up of over 90 dancers from over 15 different towns and cities. Access to a top-notch faculty is the driving force behind the group’s success and longevity as technically trained dancers and versatile performers. The dancers are constantly motivated through a contagious spirit, mentorship, positive energy, and an abundance of opportunities for them to explore the world of dance both inside the walls of the studio and beyond. You don’t have to plan on a professional career to train like one. We prepare dancers with the foundation required for college dance program auditions and conservatories, so opportunities are there if they choose to pursue them. This level of intentional, professional caliber training, regardless of a dancer’s long-term path, is what sets our program apart.
