Grief has a way of making us feel alone. Whether you’ve lost a child, parent, partner, sibling, friend, a relationship, the life you imagined, or a version of yourself, you deserve a place where your grief can simply exist—without judgment or expectations.

I’m honored to be creating Grief Warriors, a monthly gathering for parents, caregivers, and anyone carrying the weight of loss.

This isn’t a traditional support group where you’re expected to sit and share if you’re not ready. It’s a gentle, creative space where your hands can stay busy, your heart can exhale, and you’re surrounded by people who truly understand. You can talk, create, sit quietly, or simply be. There is no right way to grieve.
