Registration Information:
Pre-Registration opens 6 weeks prior to the event & closes 1 week prior to the event.
Submit only ONE form for each dog you plan to compete with. Do NOT submit multiple entries for the same dog. You can edit your submission up until registration closes using your JotForm confirmation email.

All dog's are required to have an IDS #. If you need an IDS # you can request it here: https://www.internationaldogsports.com/idsregistration. If you can not locate your IDS # you can look it up here: https://www.internationaldogsports.com/idslookup

The pre-registration price is $25/round. Onsite day of show entries are available on a 1st come, 1st serve basis and are $30/round.
A minimum of 2 Horizon Rounds are needed per event, in order to be eligible for invites, finals or competition title points. Choose OPTION #1 to PAY IN FULL for expedited check in the day of the event OR Choose OPTION #2 to only pay the minimum required deposit needed to reserve your rounds and pay the balance at the time of check in. Save your Jotform confirmation email in order to edit your rounds up until registration closes. All payments are non-refundable after registration has closed, without a Vet or Doctor's note for the dog or handler listed on the registration. A 3.5% processing fee will be added to the price/round.
