About the event

Free Women's Self Defense

Miller’s Martial Arts is giving back to the community with our Monthly FREE Women’s Self Defense Classes. We offer this class during the school year once per month. This next class will be held on the 3rd Tuesday each month from 7:00pm-7:45pm. Along with learning techniques this is a great workout for the evening. It is open to all women ages 13 and up. If you have any questions contact us through our website at www.teammma.org.
