Yoga in the Gardens

Connect with nature in the MSV Gardens during this evening yoga session, moving through standing and balancing poses, gentle stretches, and other practices designed to relax and center the body. Led by certified yoga instructor Stephanie McKinley. All skill levels welcome.

MSV members: $12; all others: $17. Register by April 28; visit www.theMSV.org or call 540-662-1473, ext. 240. Bring a yoga mat. Walk-ins welcome as space permits. Rain location: MSV Reception Hall.
