Yoga in the Gardens

Connect with nature in the MSV gardens while moving through all levels of yoga practice, including standing and balancing poses and light stretching to relax and center the body. Led by certified yoga instructor Stephanie McKinley. All skill levels welcome.

MSV members: $12; all others: $17. Register by April 16; visit www.theMSV.org or call 540-662-1473, ext. 240. Bring a yoga mat. Walk-ins welcome as space permits. Rain location: MSV Reception Hall.
