Yoga in the Gardens

Start the day with a morning yoga session in the gardens led by certified yoga instructor Amy Hope-Gentry. Unwind in the spring garden scenery, with dynamic movements, deep stretching, and mindful transitions to build strength, enhance flexibility, and cultivate inner peace. All skill levels welcome.

MSV members: $12; all others: $17. Register by March 19; register online or call 540-662-1473, ext. 240. Bring a yoga mat. Walk-ins welcome as space permits. Rain location: MSV Reception Hall.
