Walk With A Doc featuring Dr. Michael Li!

Our very own Dr. Li will be the featured physician at Walk With A Doc on Saturday, March 28th!

Walk With A Doc is a wonderful community event that brings people together for light exercise, encouragement, and practical health education in a relaxed outdoor setting. Dr. Li will share a brief health talk and then join participants for the short walk.

At Valley Obesity Medicine & Diabetes, we believe in meeting people where they are, and that lasting health starts with simple, sustainable steps. Events like this reflect what we value, specifically movement, connection, and evidence-based care delivered with compassion.
