Think your sausage gravy has what it takes to take the grand prize? We'd love to have you enter! Limiting entries to the first 8 folks, so get your entries in! ***UPDATE: No longer accepting chef entries***

Just want to sample the best food known to man? $10 suggested donation to Friends of Old Town gets you a ticket on the gravy train! This event will be first come, first served, so get here early!

We've got our friends and sponsors Clem's Kitchen supplying drop biscuits for the perfect gravy sampling apparatus!

*Competitors may enter at $20/gravy entry. Entry fee will be a donation to Friends of Old Town and must be paid by January 24 to Winchester Brew Works (cash or credit).
*Entrants must provide:
6 quarts of sausage gravy ready to serve
Warming method (recommend crock pot or sterno)
Ladle and spoon for serving
Volunteer or chef to help serve
Gravy must be ready to serve at 1:45 pm

*Winchester Brew Works will provide:
Tiny drop biscuits from Clem's Kitchen
Tastings bowls & spoons
Signage
Volunteer for accepting donations


*ALL entries will be available to the general public for a suggested donation of $10/person.
*Two prizes will be awarded:
Judge’s Award for Best gravy in Winchester: $50 donation in the name of the winner and $50 Visa gift card.
People’s Choice Award: based on votes from the public. $50 donation in the name of the winner and $50 gift card.
